Fly fishing experience
Our April Beginners Fly Fishing courses have been a huge success!

It’s that wonderful time of year when fly fishing in general is really productive. Lakes are fishing incredibly well, with both group days and private lessons both popular and successful.

Productive techniques on the lakes are lures, nymphs and the dry fly fishing is starting to get going to. Fishing a nymph under a dry fly has been very effective recently! Even better fishing is going to get better for the next few weeks. This is a great time to Start fly fishing or gain confidence advancing your current skills.

Fabulous spring fly fishing on the Derbyshire Wye!

We are just 1 month into our new river trout season and on cue the dry fly fishing for wild trout is really starting to come into it’s own. The chalk stream fishing is also starting to open up, as we build towards Mayfly time. If you want to get outdoors and experience river fly fishing at it’s best, we can help you for the rest of the season now, it will be that good!
