March and early April have provided excellent fly fishing opportunities on still waters large and small.

The buzzer fishing has really taken off on the lakes now, a selection of black, red and olive pupa have produced fish most days. When the hatch is not on, lures fished on floating, intermediate and sinking lines have produced the goods.

The coming weeks will bring better and better nymph and dry fly fishing, plus the river season gets into high gear and dry fly fishing becomes much more consistent.
