Our lessons during high summer at Loynton Lakes focus primarily on half day lessons and casting lessons. These are proving as popular as they are productive for both novice and experienced fly fishers wanting to learn. At this time of year the actual fishing is quite challenging, many clients waiting until Autumn before taking full day options, hence September is starting to look busy already!
River fly fishing is however good right now. Fly fishers joining us riverside are enjoying a high quality service combined with productive fishing to dry fly and nymph fishing techniques. When conditions are right it’s great fun to do a afternoon and evening trip to experience the evening rise. August can be a great time for this, lets hope we receive more settled weather conditions!
